∎ Experience using accounting software i.e Tally, SAP.
∎ Strong understanding of accounting·
∎ Prior working experience in Auditing.
∎ Understanding or risk management and frameworks.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist with cash audits, including physical cash counting and reconciling the Tally cash book balance with the manual cash book balance, as well as addressing unrecorded bills and advances.
∎ Conduct surprise audits in any department as directed by management, following applicable policies.
∎ Review and improve the manufacturing process, inventory management, purchase validity, and market feasibility at the field level.
∎ Prepare audit findings, write audit reports, and develop recommendations.
∎ Review data based on materiality i.e. assets, net worth, liabilities, capital stock, surplus, income, and expenditures.
∎ Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements to mitigate risks.
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant plans, policies, and standards.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in accounting and auditing.
∎ Ensure the accuracy of financial information.
∎ Follow up on and assist with implementing audit recommendations.
