Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Interior demand generation or sales enablement.
∎ He/ She have to look for & manage new clients via online/offline.
∎ Identify, Research and Develop New Clients in the Local Market.
∎ Achieve Companies Goal Through Direct Marketing.
∎ Convince customers to take our services.
∎ Service existing account, obtain orders, and establish new account by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential corporates and other channels.
∎ Present, promote and sell idea using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
∎ Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
∎ Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
∎ Having some knowledge about raw materials & cost shall be appreciated
∎ Need to visit out of Dhaka for project purpose
Additional Requirements:
∎ Skills Required: Computer Skill, IT & Software Marketing
∎ Minimum 2 Years of Interior Sells related experience are preferable. (Fresher can also apply)
∎ 2+ years of related marketing experience, ideally in Interior business
∎ Proven experience carrying out in marketing efforts
∎ Highly organized with an ability to manage resources, budgets, and onsite personnel
∎ Strong communication skills – written and oral
∎ Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
∎ Need to be creative, innovative, and always think out of box
∎ Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at a time
∎ Need the ability to draw insight from complex marketing data
∎ Confident with a dynamic personality
∎ Excellent verbal presentation skills
∎ Experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
