∎ Proven ability to plan and manage schedules, technical documentation
∎ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Have to work on existing IT infrastructure and work on upcoming IT projects.
∎ Help managers to design and map all kinds of IT projects as well as to improve all IT work processes.
∎ Configuration of all IT devices, network devices.
∎ Assembling of IT Equipment.
∎ Conduct and supervise all kinds of IT support along with other team members.
∎ Conduct and supervise all end-user support.
∎ Provide technical support to small business units and branch offices.
∎ Perform a complete IT procurement process.
∎ Need to keep assets and inventory up to date.
∎ Troubleshoot all IT equipment, help, and tech other team members.
∎ Monitor and ensure the network connectivity uptime of all small business units.
∎ Implement and assist new IT processes and policies for the betterment of IT.
∎ Maintain communication with business partners as well as outside stockholders.
