Line balancing of operator/helper, machine & necessary equipment to achieve maximum efficiency with minimum cost.
Having a good command in English both speaking and writing.
Strong ability to communicate with Management· & result oriented.
Good leadership, technical, human relation & conceptual skills.
Having knowledge on Microsoft Office Program
Time study, capacity study and follow-up study of the running style & setting up line target and help to achieve.
Line feeding as per OB with right manpower and attachment & find out bottleneck area and solve problem.
Line balancing and increase Line efficiency, Skill matrix for each worker per month.
Improve work method and work place engineering, eliminate wastage of time and materials.
Analyze non-productive time (NPT) & Save time to the operation and achieve maximum output.
Conduct & Follow-up Lean Project for increasing efficiency.
Design facility Layout by maintaining compliance requirement for reducing loss time & increasing product flow.
Follow up Operator recruitment, Skill matrix update & Operator skill development.
Conduct skill development training for supervisors & mid-level management on Basic IE tools and technique and evaluate the training success & follow up Man machine Ratio & Optimization of Waste.
Develop recruiting system that right manpower recruits for right place.
Any other task assigns by the management.
