∎ Prepare M/c requirement.
∎ Prepare Plan loading Skill Matrix (Grading) for Supervisor, Operator, Technician & Mechanic.
∎ Monitor and reduce non-productive time either internal or external factors.
∎ Improving Productivity through a detailed analysis of the process by process.
