Experience:
PGD in HRM will be added advantages.
Sound knowledge in EPZ labour law 2019 and EPZ labour rules 2022.
Good understanding of social compliance & buyer audit requirements.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving, counselling, and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
To arrange, conduct & process employees` recruitment & selection as per the set recruitment & selection policy & procedure and ensure that a fair recruitment is followed.
To do day-to-day general administration that includes daily attendance, leave, safety, recruitment, and other production floor-related issues.
To maintain all data records papers in relation to recruitment & selection, wages, OT and allowances.
Monitor discipline, attendance, and proper use of factory resources.
Coordinate medical, maternity, and welfare activities for workers.
Supervise housekeeping, security, canteen, transport, and other general services.
Ensure workplace hygiene, safety, and health facilities as per compliance standards.
To maintain human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.
To participate in opening and closing as per the roster made by factory management.
Assist & coordinate the performance appraisal process & ensure appropriate and effective communication.
Any other tasks assigned by management.
