Responsibilities & Context:
Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and guests in a warm and professional manner.
Coordinating patients with admission procedures.
Dealing with all requests in an efficient and courteous manner.
To counsel the patient or patient attendants on matters of other services and hospital bills.
Maintaining patient due bills status, reporting to the department head, and following up on collections.
Provide information to the patients regarding the medical services of the Hospital.
Prepare invoices for Patient registration, consultation and all kinds of test/investigation bills (Indoor and Outdoor).
Prepare a bill sheet of indoor, outdoor, surgery, etc of patients.
Any other task assigned by the Head of Department and the management.
