Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee the overall management, operation, and maintenance of the hospital’s lake, fisheries, agricultural land, and green zones.
Develop and implement sustainable fish farming, aquaculture, and agricultural production plans.
Monitor fish stock health, feeding systems, breeding cycles, and disease control measures.
Ensure proper water quality management, including testing, treatment, and environmental balance of the lake.
Plan seasonal crop cultivation, nursery development, and landscaping activities.
Supervise plantation programs, tree maintenance, and biodiversity enhancement initiatives.
Manage irrigation systems, fertilizers, and pest control measures in agricultural areas.
Coordinate waste management initiatives related to green and environmental sustainability.
Ensure compliance with environmental safety standards and organizational policies.
Supervise field workers, gardeners, fisheries staff, and agricultural laborers.
Prepare and maintain operational reports, stock reports, and productivity records.
Develop cost-effective strategies to maximize productivity of green resources.
Coordinate with internal departments for resource planning and utilization.
Identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative green management practices.
Ensure proper maintenance of tools, equipment, and farming infrastructure.
Support environmental awareness initiatives within the organization.
