We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented “Executive” for a Fisheries Development / Aquaculture Project. The incumbent will support the implementation, monitoring, and coordination of fisheries and aquaculture activities in project areas to ensure sustainable fish production and effective community engagement.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in implementing fisheries and aquaculture project activities.

• Provide technical support on fish farming, pond management, hatchery, and cage culture practices.

• Conduct farmer training, demonstrations, workshops, and awareness programs.

• Monitor field activities and support achievement of project targets.

• Maintain coordination with local communities, government departments, and stakeholders.

• Prepare activity reports, documentation, and field updates.

• Support budget monitoring, resource utilization, and procurement activities.

• Ensure compliance with project guidelines and sustainable fisheries practices.
