Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/Import, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of Budget & Monitoring of Budget
∎ Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Financial Statement with budget variance analysis
∎ Loan Application to bank for credit facilities
∎ Prepare Import plan as per budget & Manage fund to ensure timely import
∎ Checking of interest charge by bank, Record keeping and update loan statement timely
∎ Preparation of all documents / statement required by bank
∎ Ensure timely renewal of all licenses, Internal & External Audit
∎ Maintain fixed Assets Register and land documents
∎ Preparation of monthly salary sheet and arrange payment after getting approval
∎ Follow up Accounts Payable and Receivable for smooth Fund Management
∎ Prepare various report as per requirement of Management
∎ Review business performance and report to management
∎ Ensure all charges, interest realized by bank as per sanction / standard
∎ Regular follow up Exchange Rate and Interest Calculation
∎ Bank Reconciliation
∎ Any work assign by line manager.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
