Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Evaluate the loan portfolio of the company and prepare reports monthly or on-demand.
∎ • Analysis of the loan and bank finance with the bank statement.
∎ • Prepare monthly payment schedule and report to the senior management time to time.
∎ • Check/Remind and solve the loan and payment-related issue with the bank.
∎ • Works with senior staff to develop a strong pipeline of good quality opportunities.
∎ • Build and maintain strong relationships with Banks and other financial organizations.
∎ • Coordinate closely with Managing Director and prepare reports on demand.
∎ • Identify and evaluate the portfolio.
∎ • Collect and record all documents related to loan and SCM from the bank and all documents need to be stored properly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ • Knowledge of relevant industry sector trends, experience in emerging markets a plus
∎ • Strong financial and credit skills; demonstrated ability to structure a variety of financial
∎ Instruments (debt and equity)
∎ • Business development and client relationship skills, track record, and ability to focus on
∎ Clients need effectively
∎ • Ability to interact directly and independently with the senior management of potential
∎ Clients, of financial and technical partners as well as senior government officials
∎ • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Bangla
∎ • Strong inter-personal skills, ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues from
∎ Various cultural backgrounds
∎ • Strong practical knowledge of loan calculation, financial tools, and formulas (e.g. goal seek, etc.)
∎ • Highly motivated, committed to the highest ethical standards.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
