Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain month-end voucher documentation process.
∎ Assist Cash management system.
∎ Assist Vendor and final payment preparation process.
∎ Assist Payment disbursement process.
∎ Accounting entry into the software system as per transactions.
∎ Maintaining documentation and voucher filing.
∎ Cash withdrawn from bank for salary & monthly expense.
∎ Assist team in preparing and finalizing the statutory audit documentation.
∎ Other task ad hock basis is given by the team lead.
