Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ MBA in Finance, Banking, Accounting from any UGC approved reputed University
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check bills, Vouchers and ensure settlement of payable to agent & oversee receivables/ payables.
∎ Improve efficiencies and reduce company costs
∎ Put in place robust financial systems and processes
∎ Oversee cash flow management, writing cheque etc.
∎ Operate ERP Accounting system to input regular transaction
∎ Preparation of Daily dues Report.
∎ Reconciliation Retail Chain Ledger.
∎ Approval of Purchase Order in accordance with collection.
∎ Reconciliation of Physical Stock with Tally.
∎ Recording of Sales on daily basis.
∎ Prepare monthly management reports
∎ Checking Bank Interest debited to our Account.
∎ Shop-wise Reconciliation of Cash Deposit with Bank Statements.
∎ Manage budgeting and forecasting process, including variances
∎ Prepare/ maintain independently Cash book, Ledger, Bank book, Receive & Payment Accounts
∎ Any other task assigned by the line manager or management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 27 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Data Intelligence related experience will be a plus
∎ Strong excel skills and analytical thinking
∎ Standard MS Office tools knowledge is a must
∎ High integrity, structure, and drive
∎ The ability to create relationships across the organization and team commitment
∎ Excellent analytical skills, strong decision support, and interpersonal skills
