Sufficient knowledge of accounting procedures such as billing and reconciliation.
Knowledge of advanced-level spreadsheets and working knowledge of data analysis software and tools.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and effectively prioritize tasks with multitasking ability.
Uphold ethical standards & maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
Responsibilities & Context:
Generate Sales Invoices and Transmission Certificates.
Recording sales & collection transactions in the Accounting Software.
Reconciliation to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations & company policies.
Maintain effective communication with internal & external stakeholders to ensure seamless service.
Actively participate in ongoing initiatives to enhance and refine processes.
