Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure that the Standard Operating Procedures are set at the Textile Mills and are as per the work order and standards of Tex International Ltd.
∎ Maintain the QA file with the uploaded files on share point, the approved Fabric Technical and Process sheet, approved lab dips, Testing requirements, Fabric Base Test reports, In-house lab test reports, 4 PT inspection reports, delivery records and bulk Fabric Technical and Process sheets.
∎ Coordinate the fabric production with the Merchandising, Production planning & Control team at Tex International Ltd.
∎ Attend PP meeting at the Cut & Sew production site.
∎ Conduct inspection for the first sample batch, the first bulk and every bulk batch.
∎ Take accountability for any complaint/claim that may arise from the relevant inspection at knitting, dyeing, AOP and fabric finishing.
∎ Conduct Root Cause Analysis with the GM Textile and Textile Mills and ensure implementation of the corrective actions.
∎ Ensure fabric meets the required standards prior delivery to the Cut & Sew production site(s).
∎ Discuss and challenge the factory's production plan, including Yarn Dyeing, Knitting, Dyeing, All Over Prints, Fabric finishing, etc.,.
∎ Ensure on time delivery is met as per agreed T&A plan
∎ Ensure compliance, no harmful and restricted chemicals are used in the process.
∎ Ensure training of Textile Mills QA to meet the standards of Tex International Ltd.
∎ Assist the GM Textile and Technical Auditor for onboarding of Textile Mills.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Conversant with Production operations in Textile.
∎ Ability to analyze Key Performance Indicators and monthly data.
∎ Ability to handle multiple tasks with shifting priorities.
∎ Energetic, Proactive, committed to meet deadlines.
∎ Good Organizational skills
∎ Proficient in English
