∎ Age 26 to 32 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Cash withdraw from bank & Carrying cash to factory.
∎ Cash disbursement as per approved bill.
∎ Fixed Assets register Maintain.
∎ Cash & Bank Reconciliation with Cash in hand & Tally ERP-9.
∎ Emergency local purchase from factory with Admin personnel.
∎ Party bill checking as per work order & Prepare payment advice.
∎ Checking all Kinds of Bill ( Local bill, Toll, Police bit, labor tips & repairing expenses) & making payment voucher.(Daily).
∎ Physically checking quantity & quality of material which is received from supplier ( Bricks, Stone & Wooden template) etc.
∎ Prepare Monthly Vehicle Cost Summary
∎ Prepare Monthly Production & Finished goods Delivery Reconciliation Statement
∎ To Make Daily down trip report as per Money Receipt
∎ To check all payment voucher which is made from cash department after disbursement & reconcile  with tally.
∎ All kind of payment voucher, receivable voucher, journal voucher properly in file
