Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/Masters in any discipline from any well reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working with the Events & Brand team to achieve program/Event objectives by contributing new ideas and helping to plan event activities.
∎ Manage all event set-up, dismantle, and follow-up processes.
∎ Coordinate with BASIS Student Forum and arrange university campaign as required.
∎ Manage all event operations (preparing budget, contact with the sponsors, venue, invitations etc.)
∎ Develop content for event materials and work with graphic designer to produce.
∎ Ability to work with international project like NASA Space Apps challenge.
∎ Attending internal/external meetings with different stakeholders.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Event management, Team management, Program coordination, etc. in a corporate environment.
∎ Experience in working with student community.
∎ Excellent organizational, communication, negotiating, and multi-tasking skills.
∎ Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a customer-service mindset.

Salary: Negotiable
