B. Sc in Mechanical / Electrical & Electronic Engineering / Environment Science (from reputed Universities)

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Automobile

• Minimum 2-3 years of related experience is mandatory

• Knowledge of EHS compliance to maintain a safe and sustainable manufacturing operation

• Readiness to perform in a shift-based operation

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Well conversant with MS-Office

• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement control measures

• Develop and deliver comprehensive EHS training programs for all employees

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive EHS policies, procedures, and programs

• Implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent incidents

• Investigate all accidents, injuries, and near-miss incidents promptly and thoroughly

• Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable environmental regulations, including air, water, and waste management

• Ensure approval of certification related to EHS from different Govt. Body (i.e. Department of Environment, Bangladesh Fire Service and Civil Defense)

• Promote energy conservation and sustainable practices
