• Monitoring stock levels and ensuring adequate inventory is maintained.

• Track incoming and outgoing materials to avoid overstocking and stockouts.

• Ensure the proper receipt, inspection and documentation of incoming/outgoing goods

• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, purchase orders, and invoices.

• Use inventory management systems/software to update and track data.

• Work closely with department, procurement, and other relevant teams to align inventory needs
