Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
Daily tracking and reconciliation of MT & E-commerce Billing vs. Delivery
Daily reconciliation of Billing vs. Delivery vs. Collection
Periodic visits to Distribution Centers (DC) and Direct Store Delivery (DSD) points for inspection and operational feedback
Maintain and update channel-wise performance dashboards for internal reporting
Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure alignment of delivery and collection targets
Identify operational gaps and propose solutions for process improvement
Assist in monthly sales and collection reviews with internal stakeholders
Ensure accurate documentation and audit trail of transactions and communications with partners
