• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.

• Proficiency in embroidery software.

• Hands-on experience with industrial embroidery machines i.e. Tajima.

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day embroidery operations to ensure timely completion of production targets.

• Plan and allocate machine schedules effectively to meet deadlines.

• Monitor embroidery output for quality assurance, ensuring adherence to design specifications and company standards.

• Identify and rectify defects or issues during the production process.

• Interpret and execute embroidery designs using software like Wilcom or similar tools.

• Operate and maintain embroidery machines, ensuring smooth functioning and minimal downtime.

• Perform routine machine maintenance and liaise with technicians for complex issues.

• Maintain logs and records of production and machine performance.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards in the embroidery unit.
