Additional Requirements:
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
Proficiency in embroidery software.
Hands-on experience with industrial embroidery machines i.e. Tajima.
Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee and coordinate day-to-day embroidery operations to ensure timely completion of production targets.
Plan and allocate machine schedules effectively to meet deadlines.
Monitor embroidery output for quality assurance, ensuring adherence to design specifications and company standards.
Identify and rectify defects or issues during the production process.
Interpret and execute embroidery designs using software like Wilcom or similar tools.
Operate and maintain embroidery machines, ensuring smooth functioning and minimal downtime.
Perform routine machine maintenance and liaise with technicians for complex issues.
Maintain logs and records of production and machine performance.
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards in the embroidery unit.
Any other task assign by the Management.
