∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Scientific group planning and follow up total production flow by and balancing the production lines to ensure optimum capacity utilization.
∎ Conduct training for operational sustainability.
∎ Figure out deviations and assists in making rectification to future production plans based on the differences between planned and actual production in the past plan period.
∎ Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and ensuring elimination of it.
∎ Improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning information support and analysis.
∎ Update information on key operational and cost parameters at every stage of the supply chain
∎ Interact with departmental heads to identify and remove any obstacles to foster an efficient and value driven work culture.
∎ Provides the necessary leadership and guidance to key employees and top performers through mentoring and identification of best practices to enhance performance efficiencies.
∎ Build and supply professional individual to the various operational wings across the group for sustainable development.
∎ Ensures adequate motivation and retention of all employees reporting to the position
∎ Responsible for analyzing the workers performance and review operator skill level and ensure corrective action to train potential worker.
∎ Must be practical and implement IE concepts and to improve productivity.
∎ To co-ordinate with Production department for improving their working procedures
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of man and machine.
∎ To review production plan with capacity & strength.
∎ Ensure line balancing as per layout, time and motion study for all styles,
∎ To evaluate and assess weekly machine & manpower requirement
∎ To help achieve daily planed target
∎ Candidate will be responsible to lead a team of merchandisers to execute
∎ Orders procured from direct retail customers.
∎ Candidate will independently handle customer accounts for development, procurement, execution and post-remittance services.
∎ Candidate will be required to independently troubleshoot and solve merchandising problems for personal customer accounts as well as for team assistance.
∎ Candidate will be responsible for material sourcing, costing and product pricing.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Total 15 years of Experience in a reputed organization
∎ 5 years experience as a Executive Director
∎ 10 years experience as a General Manager
∎ An excellent knowledge of the English language
∎ Computer knowledge in E-mail, Internet, Word and Excel is a must with the need to produce reports for management and clients.
∎ The applicants should have experience in Production and overall Production Management of sweater factory.
∎ Should have experience in handling independently full production and quality system of a reputed RMG manufacturing unit in similar position.
∎ To control all section of production from knitting, mending, trimming, winding, Quality etc. & on time Shipment.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team of workers and staff.
∎ Must have excellent planning and organizing skills
