∎ Monitor and mitigate operational and financial risks.
∎ Stay current with financial regulations, ensuring organizational compliance.
∎ Work closely with legal and regulatory affairs teams to address compliance issues promptly.
∎ Promote a culture of compliance awareness and responsibility.
∎ Monitor financial performance against budget, implementing corrective measures when necessary.
∎ Drive initiatives to enhance revenue streams and improve financial health.       Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
∎ Collaborate with the Management, providing regular updates on organizational performance.
∎ Stay informed about financial technology advancements, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront.
∎ Lead initiatives to implement technology solutions enhancing operational efficiency and security.
∎ Build and lead a high-performing team by providing clear direction, guidance, and support.
