Responsibilities & Context:
Lead organizational growth, including expansion into new regions or services.
Align microfinance programs with broader socio-economic development goals.
Oversee daily operations, including loan disbursement, savings programs, and client services.
Ensure efficiency in field operations and branch management.
Monitor performance metrics such as repayment rates, outreach, and portfolio quality.
Manage budgets, financial planning, and sustainability of the institution.
Ensure proper risk management, internal controls, and audit compliance.
Secure funding from banks, investors, and development partners.
Report to the Executive committee(EC) and implement EC’s decisions.
Ensure compliance with national regulations, microfinance laws, and international standards.
