Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Website Management & Maintenance:a) Regular updates to website content and products.b) Troubleshooting and resolving website performance issues.c) Ensuring smooth user experience and managing backend tasks.d) Collaborating with the IT and design teams for improvements.
∎ Collaboration with Daraz E-commerce site:a) Managing products listing, prices, and updates on Daraz.b) Monitoring inventory, processing orders, and ensuring timely deliveries.c) Coordinating with the Daraz support team for any issues or promotions.d) Analyzing sales data from Daraz and reporting to management.
∎ Customer Relation Management:a) Handling incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers and responding to their inquiries.b) Monitoring and resolving customer complaints via phone calls.d) Supervising call center operations and providing guidance to the customer service team.
∎ Job Summary:
