∎ At-least Undergraduate degree is required (CSE is preferred)

∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Executive tests, collecting and analyzing data and results, identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns;
∎ Tracking, reporting and analyzing website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns;
∎ Managing campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies;
∎ Optimizing copy and landing pages for search engine marketing;
∎ Performing ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization;
∎ Researching and implementing search engine optimization recommendations;
∎ Researching and analyzing competitors' advertising links;
∎ Developing and implementing link building strategy;
∎ Working with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code;
∎ Working with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming;
∎ Recommending changes to website architecture, content, liking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords;
∎ Managing & prioritizing multiple tasks and projects with a sense of urgency;
∎ Preparing and broadcasting e-mail newsletters.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Proficient/Fluent in English speaking & writing is a MUST and also fluent, strong and accurate writing & speaking capabilities in Bangla having melodious vocabulary;
∎ Actively involved in social media space, with a proven understanding/ willingness to grasp of how to use social media tools to effectively listen, communicate, and build relationships;
∎ Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to successfully interact directly with customers and members of the community in a public forums;
∎ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish effective relationships with all levels within/outside the company;
∎ Proficient in using SMM tools [Hootsuite, Buffer], MS Excel, Power Point;
∎ Experience on working/ managing Wordpress site is a plus;
∎ Experience on using Graphic Design Software [Canva or any such]is a plus;
∎ Team working skills;
∎ Hands-on-skill in Adobe Phtoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro.
