Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ At least graduate in CSE is preferred and hands on experience is a must.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Executing tests, collecting and analyzing data and results, identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns;
∎ • Tracking, reporting, and analyzing website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns;
∎ • Managing campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies;
∎ • Managing brand presence on social networks, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & YouTube;
∎ • Creating engagement of social content tailored to each channel to help acquire and retain customers;
∎ • Developing creative social campaigns that ladder up to seasonal campaigns and support larger brand initiatives;
∎ • Optimizing copy and landing pages for search engine marketing;
∎ • Performing ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization;
∎ • Researching and implementing search engine optimization recommendations;
∎ • Researching and analyzing competitors’ advertising links;
∎ • Developing and implementing link building strategy;
∎ • Working with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code;
∎ • Working with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming;
∎ • Recommending changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords;
∎ • Managing & prioritizing multiple tasks and projects with a sense of urgency;
∎ • Preparing & broadcasting e-mail newsletters.

∎ • Proficient/Fluent in English speaking & writing is a MUST and also fluent, strong & accurate writing & speaking capabilities in Bangla having melodious vocabulary;
∎ • Actively involved in social media space, with a proven understanding/willingness to grasp of how to use social media tools to effectively listen, communicate, and build relationships;
∎ • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to successfully interact directly with customers and members of the community in a public forums;
∎ • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish effective relationships with all levels within/outside the company;
∎ • Proficient in using SMM tools [Hootsuite, Buffer], MS Excel, PowerPoint;
∎ • Experience on working/managing Wordpress site is a plus;
∎ • Experience on using Graphic Design Software [Canva or any such] is a plus;
∎ • Experience on White-hat SEO practices is a plus;
∎ • Team working skills.
∎ • Hands-on-Skill in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro.Job Location
