Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
∎ Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, social media, display networks, and more.
∎ Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for various digital channels, including website, blog, social media, email campaigns, and more.
∎ Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, suggesting innovative ideas to enhance the company's online presence.
∎ Manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring its functionality, user experience, and search engine optimization (SEO) are optimal.
∎ Lead email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
∎ Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing and impactful digital assets.
∎ Monitor and manage online reputation and respond to customer feedback and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Explore and implement emerging digital marketing technologies and tools to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
∎ Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and collaborations that align with the company's digital marketing objectives.
∎ Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the digital marketing team.
