∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, customer support, or ecommerce operations.
∎ Strong knowledge of social media marketing, paid ads, and SEO.
∎ Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Daraz, or Amazon.
∎ Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and digital marketing tools.
∎ Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer queries professionally.
∎ Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Others.
∎ Manage and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC campaigns to maximize conversions.
∎ Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and website traffic.
∎ Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and website promotions.
∎ Track and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEMrush.
∎ Work with designers and content creators to develop high-quality marketing materials.
∎ Research market trends and competitor strategies to improve marketing efforts.
∎ Respond to customer queries via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
∎ Assist customers with order placements, returns, refunds, and general inquiries.
∎ Maintain customer records and provide timely follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
∎ Monitor and manage customer feedback and online reviews to maintain brand reputation.
∎ Coordinate with the logistics and operations team to resolve order-related issues.
∎ Develop and update FAQs and chatbot automation for efficient customer support.
