Education:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce product sourcing, listing, or a similar role.
∎ Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Daraz, Amazon, etc.).
∎ Experience in dealing with suppliers, manufacturers, and wholesalers.
∎ Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other data management tools.
∎ Knowledge of SEO for product listings and keyword optimization.
∎ Strong communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and source trending and high-demand products from reliable suppliers, wholesalers, and manufacturers.
∎ Communicate and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality, pricing, and timely procurement.
∎ Maintain relationships with vendors and explore new sourcing opportunities.
∎ Create, edit, and optimize product listings on the ecommerce platform with compelling descriptions, accurate specifications, and high-quality images.
∎ Ensure all product information is up-to-date, including pricing, stock availability, and promotions.
∎ Conduct market research to analyze competitor pricing, trends, and customer demand.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to enhance product visibility and conversion rates.
∎ Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
∎ Perform A/B testing on product titles, descriptions, and images to improve listing performance.
