Educational Requirements:
∎ At-least Undergraduate degree is required; concentration in Marketing, Business Administration, English, Public Relations, Journalism or related communications or ICT field.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Digital Marketing
∎ Manage brand presence on social networks, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & YouTube;
∎ Create engaging social content tailored to each channel to help acquire & retain customers;
∎ Develop creative social campaigns that ladder up to seasonal campaigns and support larger brand initiatives;
∎ Respond/reply to the queries posted on the social platforms;
∎ Create, present & manage contents in textual, graphical & audio-visual formats;
∎ Upload/update products and write blogs, news item, articles & product description/ content for the E-commerce portals, websites & news media/portals;
∎ Communicate with our own customer care to directly address or assist in resolving customer service issues that are reported online/social media;
∎ Receive, organize and edit uncut video and audio assets and prepare for post-production;
∎ Shoot/act as presenter in videos made for YouTube, Facebook & other social media;
∎ Go on live in YouTube, Facebook & other social media;
∎ Video editing, story sequencing, sound design, graphics design and color correction grading;
∎ Create and animate title graphics, transitions etc.;
∎ Work with a variety of media and formats;
∎ Mange & prioritize multiple task and projects with a sense of urgency;
∎ Liaise with our online partners and work with them on developing strategy to boost sales;
∎ Prepare & broadcast e-mail newsletters.
∎ E-Commerce
∎ Maintaining relation with E-commerce partners;
∎ Acquisition of new E-commerce partners;
∎ Mitigate the sales & new partner onboarding target;
∎ Online store management of E-commerce sites;
∎ Execute sales, promotions, brand, marketing and social media programs, and activities over digital platforms;
∎ Ensuring product delivery & collection;
∎ Implement operations for service excellence;
∎ Liaise with relevant internal functions to fulfil customers’ order based on established procedures and service level agreement;
∎ Maintain and update content for partners’ websites;
∎ Perform crisis management activities;
∎ Perform test to ensure smooth sales process for E-commerce partners;
∎ Respond to service challenges;
∎ Support analysis of data to generate insights;
∎ Track data on system and network effectiveness for analysis & reporting;
∎ Envisaging & initiating new E-commerce channel.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Minimum 1 year experience on working with social media marketing, content creation, online brand marketing experience;
∎ Proficient/Fluent in English speaking & writing is a MUST and also fluent, strong and accurate writing & speaking capabilities in Bangla having melodious vocabulary;
∎ Actively involved in social media space, with a proven understanding/ willingness to grasp of how to use social media tools to effectively listen, communicate, and build relationships;
∎ Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to successfully interact directly with customers and members of the community in a public forums;
∎ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish effective relationships with all levels within/outside the company;
∎ Proficient in using SMM tools [Hootsuite, Buffer], MS Excel, Power Point;
∎ Experience on working/ managing Wordpress site is a plus;
∎ Experience on using Graphic Design Software [Canva or any such]is a plus;
∎ Experience on White-hat SEO practices is a plus;
∎ Hands-on-skill in Adobe Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Phtoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro.
