Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Social Media Management: Manage and create content on various social media platforms & foster engagement, interact with followers, and execute paid advertising campaigns.
∎ Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers and create compelling email content and segment audiences for targeted messaging.
∎ Digital Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans to achieve specific business goals and set clear objectives, monitor progress, and adapt strategies as needed.
∎ Content Creation: Generate engaging and relevant content for websites, chatbots, blogs, social media, and email & SMS marketing and also ensure content aligns with the brand voice and messaging.
∎ Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize web content to improve visibility in search engine results and conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices.
∎ Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising: Set up and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and optimize ad campaigns to drive targeted traffic and monitor ad spend.
∎ Marketing Automation: Implement marketing automation tools and workflows to streamline repetitive tasks and create automated nurturing sequences and monitor performance.
∎ Competitor Analysis: Research and analyze competitors to identify opportunities and stay competitive in the digital landscape.
∎ Brand Identity: Collaborate with different teams to establish a strong brand position and develop packaging materials designs, marketing tools & menus.
∎ Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets for various digital marketing activities & ensure cost-effective strategies while meeting performance goals.
∎ Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM systems to manage customer data, segment audiences and personalize marketing efforts and create & manage customers’ database.
∎ Collaboration with the Design and content team to ensure the proper visual content for different social platforms and packaging items.
