∎ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, MIS, CSE, or a related field.Proven experience in digital marketing, with a solid understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).Strong written and verbal communication skills.Creative thinking with an ability to identify new marketing trends.Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of marketing automation tools is a plus (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo). Canva, Capcut, and Illustration basic knowledge.Understanding of marketing principles and consumer psychology.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Digital Strategy Development: Create, implement, and monitor online marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
∎ Content Creation & Management: Develop high-quality content for blogs, websites, social media, and digital ads.
∎ SEO/SEM: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and improve search engine rankings.
∎ Social Media Marketing: Manage and optimize social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, etc.), run paid ads, and engage with followers.
∎ Analytic & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
∎ Paid Advertising: Plan and execute campaigns and monitor ad budgets for optimal spend.
