Job Overview

The Executive position involves overseeing cutting table production and quality activities to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for cutting table production & quality all activities.
• Pre-cutting procedure maintain to follow up properly (Such as Dia, GSM, Fabric, Relaxation, Shade Separation & Shrinkage test etc.).
• Check the mini marker and ensure marker efficiency according to marker ratio & assortment actual Dia, GSM.
• Co-ordinate and work with cutting QC & ensure fabric relax according to fabric types.
• Daily follow up & hourly cutting production monitoring.
• Maintain Compliance, 5S, quality rules as per SOP.
• Fabric wastage control & cut to input optimum ratio maintain by properly fabric with utilization.
• Make fabric compensation with actual data, reference & lot wise, dia check, GSM check, Quality comments. Any task assign by management.
