Responsibilities & Context:
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints through phone, email, or live chat.

  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers.

  • Maintain positive and professional communication with clients at all times.

  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions.

  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
