• Establish clear client retention goals

• Assist customers with setting up and navigating web applications

• Promote the value of the product

• Upsell services and products with the brand image

• Promote value through customer experience

• Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience

• Develop and execute strategies to meet revenue targets

• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients

• Manage and grow existing client accounts

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

• The job will require lots of corporate client visits

• Additional responsibilities include event management, fair participation etc.
