∎ Preferred Professional Certification: IELTS,Duolingo,TOEFL
∎ Skills Required: Communication

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Customer relationship, Customer Support/ Client Service, Immigration Consultancy, Immigration Education Consultancy Service
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Advertising Ageny, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Consulting Firms, Immigration & Education Consultancy Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and Send Service Offers & Campaign Details to Potential Foreign clients through e-mail, Whatsapp, Viber, Skype, Facebook Etc.
∎ Creating and managing new clients through Regular follow-up them.
∎ Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms and maintain files and record.
∎ Entry all important data to ERP Software.
∎ Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials for new Client acquisition campaigns.
∎ Ability to handle unforeseen problems and complaints of clients and determine effective solution.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 33 years
∎ Must have good Proficiency and Fluency in English Speaking.
∎ Must be talkative and have good Communication skills and efficient convincing capabilities.
Salary: Negotiable
