Job Responsibilities:
∎ Study cement industry trend & stakeholders’ behavior-need-want to propose appropriate engagement campaign ideas to establish strong relationship with dealer, retailer, engineer, contractor, mason and customers.
∎ Execute innovative loyalty programs, tour campaigns, target-based schemes, etc. for stakeholders.
∎ Propose new innovative ideas to offer under Stakeholders’ Privilege Club to enhance their satisfaction in order to ensure long-term relationship with company.
∎ Implement various skill development projects for stakeholders; specially for people working for dealers/retailers, engineers, contractors/masons, etc.
∎ Coordinate with cross-functional departments to plan and execute stakeholders’ engagement activities properly.
∎ Collaborate with internal Research team to study satisfaction level of stakeholders on loyalty campaigns, tour, scheme, etc. and propose corrective steps wherever necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
∎ Knowledge of SAP use will be treated as added advantage
