Responsibilities & Context:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.

  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.

  • Interact with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and in-person.

  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all customer interactions.

  • Ensure clear and concise communication to avoid misunderstandings.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions.

  • Update customer information in the company’s ERP system as needed.

  • Prepare reports on customer inquiries, issues, and feedback.

  • Stay updated on product features, specifications, and updates.

  • Provide customers with information and guidance on product usage and troubleshooting.

  • Gather and document customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

  • Share customer insights with the relevant teams to enhance products and services.

  • Work closely with other customer care team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to enhance team performance.

  • Ensure monthly reporting as the department heads required.
