Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Having 01 (one) year experience in relevant field (FMCG) will be given preference. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Candidate must have good command on written and spoken English.
∎ Mindset to travel frequently all around Bangladesh·
∎ Tech savvy and process oriented·
∎ Having good command in MS Office·
∎ Highly energetic, sound in physically and mentally·
∎ The quality of team player, motivator, analytics and planning, people and process management is must.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitoring the field force as per management instruction and ability to work under pressure and collaborating effectively within team.
∎ Communicate with respective concerns (Sales force) & assist them for achieving Target.
∎ Coordinate with customer & Sales force mange complaints properly regarding any service.
∎ Perform audit to ensure company’s guidelines to confirm that sales processes comply with regulatory standards set by authority.
∎ Visit market on a regular basis to identify the areas of problem or opportunities and recommend the plan of action to improve the sales performance.
∎ Supervise and compare ideal procedures with the actual operations performed by the field force at real market condition.
∎ Analyze and evaluate the present market condition to interpret the business environment, objectives and strategies.
∎ Identify “If” and where processes are not working as they should, and come up with potential solution.
∎ Prepare reports, commentaries based on practical market visits and present findings and recommendations on those issues.
∎ Analyzing the snacks market (Chips, Chanachur, Frozen Items) trend regarding promotion, offer & engagement based on competitors activity at retail points.
∎ Assessing suspicious damage claim from the distribution chain and physically inspect complain to find out the real scenario.
∎ Identify the nature of market backed damage & come up with specific recommendations to minimize that product damage percentage.
∎ Supervise and prepare priority base damage count schedule and assign related officials to execute plan of action.
∎ Ability to handle field force, distributor and other external stakeholders effectively.
∎ Other duties and assignments as necessary as and when need to perform.
