∎ Skills Required: Customer query management, Customer relationship, Customer Support/ Client Service, Dealer development, Dealer Management, Sales Operations
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Corporate Sales and Marketing, Marketing of Ceramic Tiles, Sales Operations
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for achieving sales target of the assigned corporate bodies
∎ Focus on developing relation with corporate level customers as well as retention of the existing customers
∎ Assess customers (officials/projects/developers etc.) need and react immediately
∎ Ensure timely payment from customers
∎ Conduct market research/survey to identify selling possibilities
∎ Keep good trade relationships with responsible persons
∎ Analyze and convey feedback on competitive products.
∎ Liaisons with other functional members in rolling out promotional plans and product launches
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have aggressive selling attitude
∎ Should be hard working, multitasking and good at learning
∎ Able to analyze problems and provide solution
∎ Strong Communication, Interpersonal & Negotiation skill
∎ Should have Motorcycle driving license
Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 (Monthly)
∎ DA will be paid as per company policy
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
