Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Keep records of loans/credit facilities of the group sanctioned by banks/ financial institutions.
∎ Provide back-office support for the composition of corresponding to Banks/NBFIs.
∎ Make requisition for Board Resolution to company secretary, collection of Board Resolution & sending to Banks/NBFIs as per requirement.
∎ Provide support for loan documentation formalities with Banks/NBFIS.
∎ Prepare statement/related information as and when required.
∎ Collect various information/reports from the factory/HOD of each business concern/other concerned person for supplying to banks/ financial institutions as per their requirements.
∎ Perform the function of opening & maintaining of loan-related bank accounts; keeping records thereof.
∎ Collect bank account statements for various purposes including checking their accuracy.
∎ Send documents/papers to Banks/NBFIs.
∎ Prepare CIB undertakings for submission to Banks/Fls.
∎ Perform various responsibilities/jobs as and when assigned by superiors/Director of Corporate Finance.
