Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate creative and engaging content for our social media platforms and website in both (Bangla and English)
∎ Conduct for gather relevant information for content creation, ensuring accuracy and credibility.
∎ Must be knowledgeable about Face Book(Social Media), Email & Web Chat
∎ Plan and Develop Product Content for our E-Commerce Platform to enhance customer experience and engagement.
∎ Collaborate with the Marketing team, Operation team, Graphic Designers, and other stakeholder to ensure content aligns with overall Planning Strategies.
∎ Provide customer additional information or explain Service
∎ Prepare accurate and timely reports to Management
∎ Able to work on Support Email, Live Chat, Face Book Replies etc.
∎ Ensure and provide quality service to both internal and external customers
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 4 to 5 year(s) in the related fields like (Content Creation, Marketing, Planning, Writing and Digital Content Development.
∎ Automobiles related knowledge is more priority (Like Car Showroom, Car Workshop, Car Accessories and Automobiles).
∎ Quick leaner and good knowledge along with good problem solving ability
∎ Ability to Plan , implement , manage any project/task individullay
∎ Must have take Challenges and Fulfill the Targets
∎ Applicant must be capable to handle client in any situation.
∎ Must possess good command in spoken & written English and Bengal
∎ Must have MS Office (like Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
∎ Ability to work under Pressure
