Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Negotiate contracts and agreements with logistics providers and suppliers.
∎ Monitor commercial transactions, invoicing, and payment processes.
∎ Analyze market trends, pricing, and cost-saving opportunities.
∎ Ensure adherence to company policies, tax regulations, and trade laws.
∎ Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and warehouse teams to optimize logistics.
∎ Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations.
∎ Ensure timely transportation, warehousing, and distribution of goods.
∎ Manage inventory levels, and oversee delivery schedules.
∎ Address any delays, damages, or discrepancies in the supply chain process.
∎ Generate reports on logistics performance, costs, and efficiency metrics.
∎ Analyze data to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
∎ Implement best practices and new technologies for supply chain optimization.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, transporters, and service providers.
∎ Any Other activities as and when required by the management.

Now we are looking an Executive for Commercial & Logistic, and he is responsible for managing the supply chain, ensuring efficient transportation and distribution of goods, handling import/export processes, and maintaining compliance with commercial regulations. This role requires coordination with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth business operations while optimizing costs and improving efficiency.
