∎ EPZ work experience will be preferred.
∎ Must have strong skill in MS Word & Excel.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare customs Audit statement, stock calculation and adjustment plan for (fabrics, accessories, dyes and chemical etc).
∎ Maintain documents In-Bond, Ex-Bond & updating bond register at Bond Commissionerate and regularly update consumption during export.
∎ Assist to Conducting custom Audit of different unit of the group and Update stock statement of bonded materials on regular basis.
∎ Prepare and get PRC & NOC from related bank.
∎ Regular monitoring & tracking various stages of Customs bond related work and activities with NBR regarding import and bond license.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge of Asycuda world system, CBMS& HS code, Customs Act, and Bond formalities.
∎ Handle customs related all responsibilities like yearly audit, HS Code formalities, general bond, Consumption on EP, receive any kind of certificate, Bank Guarantee, NOC.
∎ Communicate directly with customs house, customs bond Commissionerate and NBR as necessary to answer quarries efficiently with updated documents and manage bond customs in any irregularities and difficulties.
∎ Coordinating among import-Export and C& F team, and Data analysis & reporting to manager.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
