Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA / MBA
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Opening L/C(all kind of back to back), like opening ALL kind of chemical & Dyes.
∎ Communicate with shipping line, Forwarder & C&F people to release goods from Chittagong & Dhaka airport.
∎ Using off shore banking to opening L/C
∎ Maintain liaison with the concerned domestic and foreign authorities related to Export & Import.
∎ All commercial related documents & Deal with Bank regarding all the matters related to import & export like.
∎ Coordinate with Marketing Team and make Monthly sales Target report.
∎ Prepare Monthly Sales statement and Submit to the management.
∎ Coordinate with marketing team and make a list for necessary products for Import.
∎ Flow up customer given sample and feedback.
∎ Flow up customer order against given sample.
∎ Keep Record Customer Loan Given Statement.
∎ Keep Record Stock Statement
∎ Doing market study and analysis
∎ Extracting data from target audience
∎ Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations
∎ Accepts extra duties as situations arise & works efficiently and calmly tight deadlines or other stress factors airs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Females are preferable..
∎ Honest, aggressive and hard working.
∎ Must be having Fluent Spoken and written skill in English.
∎ Must be having essential Computer knowledge like Excel, Word, Internet browsing and Email.
