∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Good knowledge about advance excel and ERP software.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must be expert to prepare weekly & monthly export statement in excel format.
∎ Email communication with our clients for Bank acceptance & payment
∎ Close follow up bank acceptance & payment with our commercial guys as well as clients
∎ Local Bank visit for bank acceptance & payment
∎ Import LC documents collection & file maintain perfectly
∎ Bank advice collection as requirements from accounts
∎ Close coordination with customer service & sales team for Bank acceptance & payment
∎ Daily basis update our ERP system on export documents
∎ Must be expert to prepare weekly & monthly export statement in excel format.
∎ Email communication with our clients for Bank acceptance & payment
