Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Graduation or Master's Degree with a CGPA of 3 above out of 4.
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, comiunication skills

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with delinquent Retail Loan/Card borrowers and confirm the payment.
∎ Control forward flows rates and ensure maximum backward flow/ regularization in terms of No. of a/c's & volume.
∎ Maintain service levels within acceptable ranges, including customer service, especially to resolve problem at early stage of delinquencies.
∎ Achieve predefined target of flow rates.
∎ Arrange and execute single/group visits to hardcore customers.
∎ Contact borrower's family members and guarantors through over phone/physical visits.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
