∎ We are looking for a Retention and Churn Management Executive to join our Customer Success team and help us retain and grow our customer base. You will be responsible for communicating with customers, analyzing their behavior, identifying their needs, and developing strategies to reduce churn and increase loyalty.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a Retention and Churn Management Executive, you will:
∎ Communicate with customers and sales representatives to understand their goals, challenges, and feedback.
∎ Analyze customer behavior, usage patterns, satisfaction levels, and churn risks using various tools and data sources.
∎ Gather information about customer complaints, issues, and requests, and escalate them to the appropriate teams for resolution.
∎ Develop aggressive retention strategies based on customer feedback, data analysis, and best practices.
∎ Negotiate with customers to renew contracts, retain business, and prevent cancellations.
∎ Implement retention campaigns and initiatives to increase customer engagement, loyalty, and advocacy. Measure and report on key performance metrics related to churn and retention efforts, such as retention rate, churn rate, net promoter score, etc.
∎ Collaborate with other teams such as marketing, product, support, etc. to provide customer insights and feedback, and align retention goals and activities.

∎ Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions and actions.
∎ A customer-centric mindset and a passion for solving customer problems.
∎ A proactive attitude and a willingness to take ownership and initiative.
