∎ We are expanding our business by setup many outlets in Dhaka city. The forest lounge is to make the restaurant food chain in Bangladesh. So we are looking for energetic, smart people for different section such as Top to bottom, BOH, FOH etc. For the result, we are looking for dynamic, creative, impressive a Restaurant Executive Chef to lead all aspects of our business by food and services. You will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service and food.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain food quality and develop menus continuously.
∎ Compliance cleanliness and food safety as per standards.
∎ Prepare and submit cost analysis report.
∎ Check and maintain kitchen equipment.
∎ Doing and monitoring daily, weekly and monthly inventory.
∎ Hiring and training staff.
∎ Deploy and manage kitchen staff.
∎ Stay-up-to-Date on Culinary Trends.
∎ Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities.
∎ Rectify arising problems or complaints.
∎ Perform administrative duties.
∎ Keep time and payroll records.
∎ Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
∎ Ensure proper receiving, storage, and rotation of products to comply with the standards.
∎ Any task assign by management should have positive attitude.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 10 to 12 year(s) experience in 3-5 star local and international brands hotels & Restaurants.
∎ Foreign experience people are get preference.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Indian Cuisine, Arabian Cuisine etc.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)
∎ Proven working experience as a Head Chef.
∎ Excellent record of kitchen management.
∎ Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
∎ Capable of delegating multiple tasks.
∎ Communication and leadership skills.
∎ Keep up with cooking trends and best practices.
∎ Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS).

Salary: Negotiable
